Communications
We believe you should always be able to get in touch
with someone that manages your aquatics facility. When a call comes in
during business hours you will always be able to talk to a person. If
the person that you specifically wish to speak with is unavailable, theres
always someone available to help. If you discover you have an emergency
after hours, we will still be able to assist you. We use a 24-hour answering
service that will contact us at anytime so we can be available to help
solve your emergency situation before the next business day.
We believe that communication is a very important key to making our company operate successfully. All of our management staff carries pagers and two way radios. If you have a problem, let us know, and well take care of it.
